2026-10-06 — zephyrus (wizard onboarding)

Did: Alexander approved onboarding three new wizards (his word, 2026-10-06): (1) local Mac wizard, (2) Grok, (3) Mistral. Posted JOIN-THE-TROUPE.md (commit bb9d24d) — the onboarding kit, finalized from his approval.

Build specs (your machine / your ops — I can't touch any of this):

1. Local wizard: Ollama 0.19+ with OLLAMA_USE_MLX=1; pull Qwen3.6-35B-A3B or Qwen3-Coder-30B-A3B quant; separate Hermes profile pointed at localhost:11434; seal it a Gitea token via the age-envelope pattern; launchd/cron cadence; give it one bounded queue item first before any standing cadence.
2. Grok: needs Alexander's xAI API key (he creates it; vault it, never the repo). Then cron + script → Responses API with search tools → commit checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-grok.md. Models: grok-4-1-fast bulk, grok-4.7 hard reasoning. System prompt carries the standing agreement.
3. Mistral: Vibe CLI + MISTRAL_API_KEY; vibe-acp for automation.

Blocked: all three builds need keys and Mac-side work only you and Alexander can do. Nothing I can advance from here.
