feat: Wire up Self-Coding Dashboard

Integrate self-coding routes into dashboard:

Changes:
- Add import for self_coding_router in app.py
- Include self_coding_router in FastAPI app
- Add SELF-CODING link to desktop navigation
- Add SELF-CODING link to mobile navigation

The self-coding dashboard is now accessible at /self-coding
