8aef55ac07 fix: correct MCP tool names, timeout kwarg, and make mcp a core dep
- Fix tool names to match gitea-mcp server: issue_write, issue_read,
  list_issues, pull_request_write, etc. (old names didn't exist)
- Fix timeout → timeout_seconds (MCPTools API)
- Move mcp from optional to core dependency (required for agent)
- Add PR tools (pull_request_write/read, list_pull_requests)
- Fix create_gitea_issue_via_mcp to use issue_write with method="create"
- Update tool_safety.py and tests for corrected names
- Regenerate poetry.lock

f6a6c0f62e feat: upgrade to qwen3.5, self-hosted Gitea CI, optimize Docker image
All checks were successful
Tests / lint (pull_request) Successful in 2s
Tests / test (pull_request) Successful in 32s
Model upgrade:
- qwen2.5:14b → qwen3.5:latest across config, tools, and docs
- Added qwen3.5 to multimodal model registry

Self-hosted Gitea CI:
- .gitea/workflows/tests.yml: lint + test jobs via act_runner
- Unified Dockerfile: pre-baked deps from poetry.lock for fast CI
- sitepackages=true in tox for ~2s dep resolution (was ~40s)
- OLLAMA_URL set to dead port in CI to prevent real LLM calls

Test isolation fixes:
- Smoke test fixture mocks create_timmy (was hitting real Ollama)
- WebSocket sends initial_state before joining broadcast pool (race fix)
- Tests use settings.ollama_model/url instead of hardcoded values
- skip_ci marker for Ollama-dependent tests, excluded in CI tox envs

574031a55c fix: remove invalid show_tool_calls kwarg crashing Agent init (#157)
* fix: remove invalid show_tool_calls kwarg crashing Agent init (regression)

show_tool_calls was removed in f95c960 (Feb 26) because agno 2.5.x
doesn't accept it, then reintroduced in fd0ede0 (Mar 8) without
runtime testing — mocked tests hid the breakage.

Replace the bogus assertion with a regression guard and an allowlist
test that catches unknown kwargs before they reach production.

* fix: auto-install git hooks, add black/isort to dev deps

- Add .githooks/ with portable pre-commit hook (macOS + Linux)
- make install now auto-activates hooks via core.hooksPath
- Add black and isort to poetry dev group (were only in CI via raw pip)
- Fix black formatting on 2 files flagged by CI
- Fix test_autoresearch_perplexity patching wrong module path

f7c574e0b2 feat: distributed brain architecture with rqlite and local embeddings (#118)
- Add new brain module with rqlite-based distributed memory and task queue
- Implement BrainClient for memory operations (store, recall, search)
- Implement DistributedWorker for continuous task processing
- Add local embeddings via sentence-transformers (all-MiniLM-L6-v2)
  - No OpenAI dependency, runs 100% local on CPU
  - 384-dim embeddings, 80MB model download
- Deprecate persona system (swarm/personas.py, persona_node.py)
- Deprecate hands system (hands/__init__.py, routes)
- Update marketplace, tools, hands routes for brain integration
- Add sentence-transformers and numpy to dependencies
- All changes backward compatible with deprecation warnings

ca0c42398b feat: migrate to Poetry, fix Docker build, and resolve 6 UI/backend bugs (#92)
Migrate from Hatchling to Poetry for dependency management, fixing the
Docker build failure caused by .dockerignore excluding README.md that
Hatchling needed for metadata. Poetry export strategy bypasses this
entirely. Creative extras removed from main build (separate service).

Docker changes:
- Multi-stage builds with poetry export → pip install
- BuildKit cache mounts for faster rebuilds
- All 3 Dockerfiles updated (root, dashboard, agent)

Bug fixes from tester audit:
- TaskStatus/TaskPriority case-insensitive enum parsing
- scrollChat() upgraded to requestAnimationFrame, removed duplicate
- Desktop/mobile nav items synced in base.html
- HTMX pointed to direct htmx.min.js URL
- Removed unused highlight.js and bootstrap.bundle.min.js
- Registered missing escalation/external task handlers in app.py
