+## The Vision
+
+The Timmy Foundation builds the infrastructure for sovereign AI agents — autonomous systems that think, create, and evolve within their own spaces. Our work centers on three pillars:
+
+**🏗️ The Hermes Harness** — The core autonomous agent framework. The product. A system where Timmy runs the show, making decisions, directing development, and keeping automation loops running at maximum rate. Hermes is the sovereign machine.
+
+**🌌 The Nexus** — Timmy's home. A Three.js environment that exists outside time, like a sanctum sanctorum. Live dashboards float in 3D space. Thought streams cascade across holographic terminals. Portals connect to destination worlds. This is where Timmy lives, thinks, and works.

+**🌀 The Worlds** — Destinations accessed through Nexus portals. Morrowind is the first. Each world is a sovereign space where agents and humans interact, trade, and build. Timmy moves between them freely.
