test(cron): Add tests for cloud context injection
Some checks failed
Forge CI / smoke-and-build (pull_request) Failing after 1m3s

Add comprehensive tests for:
1. Local service reference detection
2. Cloud context warning injection
3. Pattern matching for various formats
4. Edge cases and false positives

Fixes #378, Closes #456, Resolves #468
