chore: update OpenRouter model list

- Remove opus-4.5 and gpt-5.2
- Reorder GPT: 5.4-pro, 5.4, 5.3-codex
- Add qwen/qwen3.5-plus-02-15 and qwen/qwen3.5-35b-a3b
- Update z-ai/glm-4.7 → glm-5
- Update minimax/minimax-m2.1 → minimax-m2.5
