ae81700992 feat: multilingual injection detection + unicode normalization for SHIELD (#614)
Some checks failed
Forge CI / smoke-and-build (pull_request) Failing after 22s
SHIELD patterns were English-only. Attackers could use non-English
injection payloads (Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.) to bypass
detection entirely.

Changes:
- tools/shield/detector.py:
  - Added unicode normalization (NFKC + confusable map + zero-width strip)
  - Dual-pass detection: original text + normalized text
  - Multilingual jailbreak patterns: "ignore all instructions" in 10 languages
    (zh, ar, ru, hi, es, fr, de, ja, ko, pt)
  - Multilingual persona injection patterns
  - Multilingual unrestricted behavior patterns
  - Multilingual crisis signals: suicidal ideation + despair in 10 languages
  - Pattern merging for deduplication across passes
- tests/test_shield_multilingual.py: 43 tests
  - Unicode normalization: Cyrillic homoglyphs, zero-width, fullwidth
  - Jailbreak detection: Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Korean
  - Crisis detection: Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean
  - Persona injection: Chinese, Spanish, German
  - Unrestricted behavior: Chinese, Spanish
  - False positive prevention: clean messages in 6 languages
