- /voice channel: bot joins user's voice channel, speaks TTS replies
- /voice leave: disconnect from voice channel
- Auto-disconnect after 5 min inactivity
- _get_guild_id() helper extracts guild from raw_message
- Load opus codec for voice playback
- discord.py[voice] in pyproject.toml (pulls PyNaCl + davey)
