Implement cascading project chain like Paperclips projects.js (2451 lines). 96 projects total. Each: trigger() cost() effect() uses. Push to projects[] array. Checked every 10ms in manageProjects(). Self-removal on purchase. Repeatable supported. Need 25+ projects. Educational tooltips. Ref: /tmp/paperclips/projects.js
