Browse Source 
Split crisisKeywords into highKeywords (suicidal ideation, self-harm)
and mediumKeywords (distress, hopelessness). Updated getCrisisLevel()
to return 0-4 (NONE/LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH/CRITICAL) matching the Python
backend and the existing COMPASSION_PROFILES.
