test: add toast notification regression tests (#73 )

fix: replace blocking alert() with accessible toast notifications
- Added .toast-notification CSS (slide-up, success/error colors) - Added HTML element with role="status" aria-live="polite" - Added showToast(message, type) function with 3s auto-dismiss - Replaced alert('Safety plan saved locally.') → showToast(..., 'success') - Replaced alert('Error saving plan.') → showToast(..., 'error') Fixes #73
