3711ddd8dd feat: add Tower Log narrative event feed 
Implements a scrolling in-world HUD panel showing live narrative
events: git commits, PR merges, agent completions, visitor arrivals,
and training cycles. Seeded with historical events and auto-generates
new entries every 8–25 seconds.
