fix: replace SOUL.md with pointer to canonical timmy-home version

SOUL.md was duplicated across 3 repos with divergent content. timmy-home is the canonical source for the narrative identity document. This replaces the stale copy with a pointer file. See: timmy-config#388, timmy-config#378
