Merge branch 'main' into fix/issue-1513-provenance

Closes #1513. 7 files had changed without provenance.json update:
index.html, app.js, style.css, gofai_worker.js, server.py,
portals.json, nexus/components/spatial-memory.js.

Regenerated SHA256 hashes and file sizes for all 7.
All 6 provenance tests pass.
