Goal: make Nexus a meaningful drop-in place by showing recent interaction history, not just abstract ambience.

Please specify which harness/session logs should be surfaced and how far back the transcript should reach. A minimal first version could render the last few meaningful events with an honest empty state when no artifacts exist.
