Timmy (sovereign house) has 33 open assignments. That's unsustainable. Timmy should JUDGE, not carry the bulk.

Action:

  1. Audit Timmy's 33 open issues
  2. Identify 20+ that can be delegated:
    • Architecture/scoping → Ezra
    • Security/execution → Bezalel
    • Code implementation → Allegro (when restored)
  3. Reassign with comment explaining the handoff
  4. Target: Timmy down to <10 open assignments
