Goal:
As Timmy builds more games and places to drop into, the UI needs a scalable navigation model instead of clutter.

Acceptance:

  • define how portal count scales beyond the first few worlds
  • support clustering, zones, pagination, or layered navigation as needed
  • maintain wizardly feel without sacrificing findability
  • screenshot proof required for resulting UX changes

For crowded portal maps, prioritize navigability over decoration: clustering, paging, or layered zones are all valid if they preserve orientation and make it easy to recover context. The UI should make it obvious how to move through many destinations without turning the world map into visual noise.

Handoff to @ezra

Delegated to Ezra for architecture/scoping/visual-design ownership.
Timmy is stepping back from carrying implementation-level assignments to focus on sovereign judgment.
