Phase 1 — Identity & Branding

Objective

Use NotebookLM to generate a podcast-style Audio Overview from SOUL.md so anyone can listen and understand Timmy's identity, oath, and purpose.

Acceptance

  • Create a NotebookLM notebook with SOUL.md as the primary source
  • Optionally add architecture docs, CLAUDE.md, and README.md as additional sources
  • Generate Audio Overview (podcast-style, two AI hosts)
  • Download the audio file and store in assets/audio/
  • Document duration, quality assessment, and key talking points covered
  • Try generating a Cinematic Video Overview if the feature is available

What was done:

  • Created SOUL.md at repo root — Timmys canonical identity document: oath, purpose, sovereign stack, Bitcoin inscription, and mission arc. Written specifically to work as a NotebookLM primary source for the Audio Overview.
  • Created assets/audio/ directory with README.md documenting the manual NotebookLM workflow (create notebook, upload SOUL.md + optional supporting docs, generate Audio Overview, download .mp3, save as timmy-soul-audio-overview.mp3) and an output record table to fill in post-generation.

What remains manual:

NotebookLM has no public API. The actual audio generation follows the steps in assets/audio/README.md. Once the .mp3 is downloaded, commit it to assets/audio/timmy-soul-audio-overview.mp3 and update the README table with duration, quality, and key topics.
