Fixes #741

What this does

  • Creates SOUL.md at the repo root — Timmys canonical identity document covering his oath, purpose, sovereign stack, Bitcoin inscription, and mission. Written to be the primary NotebookLM source for generating the podcast-style Audio Overview.
  • Creates assets/audio/ directory with a README.md that documents the manual NotebookLM steps (generate notebook, upload SOUL.md as primary source, optionally add CLAUDE.md/README.md/BIRTH.md, download .mp3, save as timmy-soul-audio-overview.mp3) and an output record table to fill in after generation.

What remains manual

NotebookLM has no public API. The actual audio generation must be done by hand following the steps in assets/audio/README.md. Once the .mp3 is downloaded, it gets committed to assets/audio/timmy-soul-audio-overview.mp3 and the README table updated.
