Phase 4 — Media & Content (Ongoing)

Objective

Establish a repeatable pipeline for generating weekly batches of concept art for The Nexus using Nano Banana Pro.

Pipeline

  1. Define shot list for the week (rooms, features, characters)
  2. Generate prompt variations (style × subject × mood)
  3. Batch generate via API or Gemini App
  4. Review and curate: tag each as reference / texture / promo / reject
  5. Archive with metadata in assets/concept/weekly-YYYY-WW/

Acceptance

  • Create the prompt template library in assets/concept/prompts.md
  • Run the first batch: 20+ images across 4+ environments
  • Build a simple curation script that organizes outputs by tag
  • Integrate selected concept art into the project wiki/docs
  • Set up an API-based batch script if using Imagen/Gemini API
