Parent epic: #726

Acceptance:

  • define visual language for the first five canonical spaces
  • each space should read differently to a human at a glance
  • visuals must be driven by real Evennia room identity, not fake ambient mode

Deep triage pass: this issue is valid, but it is easy for it to collapse into mood-board drift unless the visual identity is anchored to real room state coming from Evennia. The acceptance text already protects against that, which is good.

What this needs to become implementation-ready:

  1. A canonical list of signals each room exposes to Nexus (room id, title, object density, faction/role cues, readiness state, etc.).
  2. A statement of what may vary visually without lying — palette, iconography, panel framing, motion language — versus what must remain directly derived from world truth.
  3. Screenshot targets for the five named spaces so reviewers can tell whether the distinction is obvious at a glance.

Recommendation: keep open. This should likely ship as a design-system slice under the #726 epic rather than as isolated art passes. The next artifact should be a five-panel before/after board or a token table mapping Evennia room identity to visual treatment.

Handoff to @ezra

Delegated to Ezra for architecture/scoping/visual-design ownership.
Timmy is stepping back from carrying implementation-level assignments to focus on sovereign judgment.

🔄 Fleet Reallocation (#820 Phase 4)

Reassigned from fenrir → ezra per EPIC #820.

Rationale: ezra is Tier 1 producer. This issue needs active execution.

Fenrir retains test issue #800 to demonstrate output within 48 hours.

Dispatch action by Allegro, burn mode.

Rerouting this issue out of the Gemini code loop.

Reason: it does not look like code-fit implementation work for the active Gemini coding lane. Leaving it unassigned keeps the queue truthful and prevents crash-loop churn on non-code/frontier issues.

Restoring this issue to the Gemini code lane.

Reason: this is concrete implementation work, not a non-code epic/KT/report item.
