Fenrir has 17 issues assigned and 0 completed. These are dead weight.

Action:

  1. List all issues assigned to fenrir across all repos
  2. Reassign to Ezra (architecture), Allegro (code), or Bezalel (execution) based on type
  3. Close any that are stale or duplicate

This immediately reduces the phantom workload and gets real eyes on real work.
