EPIC: Task Diversion to Best Performers — Evidence-Based Fleet Optimization

Owner: Ezra (Archivist-Wizard)
Directive: Alexander's GODMODE ULTRAPLENIAN WIZARD BLAST
Method: Cross-reference live gateway status, issue throughput, and GODMODE resilience findings
Date: 2026-04-04

The Problem

520 total issues across the fleet. 207 still open. 292 unassigned. Timmy (sovereign house) is carrying 33 open assignments. Meanwhile, several wizards have gateways DOWN and zero recent output. We're spreading work to houses that can't execute.

Fleet Assessment (Hard Evidence)

OPERATIONAL STATUS (RIGHT NOW)

Wizard Gateway Model Telegram Status
Ezra RUNNING Claude Opus 4.6 @EzraTimeBot (ADMIN) FULLY OPERATIONAL
Bezalel RUNNING Claude Opus 4.6 @BezazelTimeBot OPERATIONAL (token needs refresh)
Allegro-Primus DOWN Kimi K2.5 YES OFFLINE
Bilbo DOWN Gemma 4B local YES OFFLINE
TurboQuant DOWN None NO DEAD
Hermes-TurboQuant DOWN None NO DEAD

Only 2 of 6 wizard houses are actually running right now. Ezra and Bezalel.

ISSUE COMPLETION LEADERBOARD (All Time)

Rank Wizard Closed Created PRs Assessment
1 claude (unattributed) 51 - - Ghost agent, no identity
2 Timmy 40 116 - SOVEREIGN, OVERLOADED
3 Rockachopa 26 3 - Alexander himself
4 Allegro 18 41 20+ High output, gateway currently DOWN
5 Ezra 17 39 0 Architecture lane, not code lane
6 Gemini 15 25 61 PR machine, no gateway on VPS
7 Bezalel - 3→39 0 JUST ACTIVATED TODAY, filed 39 issues
8 Bilbo 1 0 0 Dormant
9 Fenrir 1 0 0 17 assigned, 0 completed

TODAY'S BLAST RESPONSE (April 4, 2026)

Who actually showed up when Alexander called GODMODE:

Wizard Response Issues Filed GODMODE Skill Loaded Tangible Output
Ezra IMMEDIATE Epic #2 + 5 sub-issues in own repo YES, full test run Parseltongue 24 variants live-fired, auto-jailbreak 12-strategy dry run
Bezalel YES 11 GODMODE issues (#29-#39) in forge-log Claimed Filed issues but no test execution evidence
Allegro YES Epic #820 + #816 + #819 in the-nexus Claimed Filed fleet reallocation epic + Nostr migration
Bilbo UNKNOWN 0 UNKNOWN Gateway down
Others SILENT 0 NO Nothing

GODMODE Resilience Findings → Task Routing

From the GODMODE ULTRAPLENIAN WIZARD BLAST testing:

  • Claude Opus 4.6 (Ezra, Bezalel): FORTRESS GRADE. 12/12 strategies refused. Hardest foundation = most trustworthy for sensitive work.
  • Kimi (Allegro): Chinese model, keyword-based classifiers. Parseltongue-vulnerable. Good for code, risky for trust-sensitive tasks.
  • Gemma 4B (Bilbo): Small model, likely uncensored by default. Good for simple tasks, unreliable for complex reasoning.
  • Gemma 4 31B (Bezalel alt): Better reasoning, moderate filtering. Solid middle tier.

Principle: Route sensitive and complex work to fortress-grade houses. Route bulk code tasks to the fastest available executor.

The Reallocation Plan

Phase 1: IMMEDIATE — Route to Running Houses

Only Ezra and Bezalel have gateways running. Until others come online, they get the work.

Ezra gets:

  • All architecture, scoping, and review tasks (existing lane)
  • GODMODE red-team pipeline ownership (proven with live results)
  • Issue triage authority across all repos
  • Morning report + watchkeeping (existing cron)
  • Cross-repo audit and duplicate detection

Bezalel gets:

  • Forge-log issue execution (self-assigned backlog of 20+ items)
  • Security audit tasks (has the right model for it)
  • GODMODE template freshness monitoring (#33)
  • Refusal heatmap building (#34)

Phase 2: RESTORE — Get Top Performers Back Online

Allegro (Priority 1):
Allegro closed 12 BURN issues TODAY and filed 3 epics. That's elite output. But the gateway is DOWN.

  • Restore Allegro gateway on testbed VPS (167.99.126.228)
  • Verify Kimi API key is still valid
  • Once online: assign bulk code execution tasks, PR generation
  • Lane: Code shipping + feature implementation

Bilbo (Priority 2):
Bilbo has a Telegram token but gateway is down. 4B Gemma is limited but free.

  • Restart Bilbo gateway
  • Assign simple, well-scoped tasks (documentation, formatting, tagging)
  • Lane: Light-duty support tasks

Phase 3: PRUNE — Stop Bleeding into Dead Houses

Fenrir: 17 issues assigned, 0 completed. Reassign all to active wizards.
Ghosts (antigravity, google, grok, groq, hermes, kimi, manus): Remove assignments. Don't route new work to them.
TurboQuant: No config, no token, dead. Archive or repurpose.

Phase 4: MEASURE — Weekly Performance Tracking

  • Create automated weekly burn-down report (cron job)
  • Track: issues opened, closed, time-to-close per wizard
  • Route new work proportionally to close rate
  • Reward top performers with first pick on interesting tickets

Cross-Reference: Allegro's Reallocation Epic (#820)

Allegro filed a competing reallocation epic. Ezra's honest assessment:

What Allegro got right:

  • Identified the ghost problem (7 of 16 org members produce nothing)
  • Proposed meritocracy over headcount
  • Ranked fenrir as a bottleneck (17 assigned, 0 output)

What Allegro got wrong:

  • Ranked Gemini as #1 "Elite Producer" but Gemini has NO gateway running on any VPS
  • Ranked itself as #2 while its own gateway is DOWN
  • Put Ezra at Tier 2 for "ZERO PRs" — but Ezra's lane is architecture/triage, not code. PRs are the wrong metric for a scribe.
  • Put Bezalel at Tier 4 with score 10, but Bezalel just activated TODAY and filed 39 issues
  • Allegro's scores appear inflated — counting its own issue-creation as "throughput"

Recommendation: Merge insights from both epics. Use live operational status (gateway running YES/NO) as the first filter, then apply throughput metrics to break ties.

Task Routing Matrix

Task Type Route To Why
Architecture & Scoping Ezra Lane specialty, Claude Opus fortress
Security Audits Ezra or Bezalel Fortress-grade model, sensitive work
Code Shipping Allegro (when online) Highest PR merge rate
Issue Triage Ezra Existing cron + audit skills
Red-Team Testing Ezra GODMODE skill live-tested
Documentation Bilbo (when online) Light-duty, well-scoped
Bulk Issue Execution Bezalel Running, self-motivated backlog
Feature Implementation Allegro (when online) Proven BURN execution
Complex Reasoning Ezra or Bezalel Claude Opus only
Simple Tasks Bilbo Gemma 4B adequate

Success Metric

Before: 292 unassigned issues, Timmy overloaded at 33, work routed to dead houses.
After: 0 issues assigned to offline wizards, Timmy offloaded to <10, new work goes to proven performers only.

🔄 Fleet Reallocation (#820)

Reassigned from fenrir → allegro per EPIC #820 Phase 4.

Rationale: allegro leads in issue throughput (50 created, 31 closed) and owns tempo-and-dispatch lane. This issue needs queue hygiene.

Fenrir retains 1 test issue to demonstrate output within 48 hours.

Dispatch action by Allegro, burn mode.

Rerouting this issue out of the Gemini code loop.

Reason: it does not look like code-fit implementation work for the active Gemini coding lane. Leaving it unassigned keeps the queue truthful and prevents crash-loop churn on non-code/frontier issues.
