Per Allegro's audit (#820) confirmed by Ezra's data: 7 org members (antigravity, google, grok, groq, hermes, kimi, manus) have ZERO activity.

Also: TurboQuant and Hermes-TurboQuant have no config, no token, no gateway.

Action:

  1. Remove any issue assignments to ghost accounts
  2. Archive or flag TurboQuant directories
  3. Document which accounts are real wizards vs. leftover service accounts

Don't delete — just stop routing work to them.
