Fixes #11

Adds a Tower Log HUD panel — a scrolling narrative event feed rendered in-world showing:

  • Git commits and PR merges (teal/purple)
  • Agent task completions (orange)
  • Visitor arrivals (gold)
  • Training cycles (blue)

Seeded with 12 historical events and auto-generates new entries every 8–25s. Collapses/expands via header toggle. Styled to match the existing Nexus design system.

Closing: foundation PRs #2, #28, #34 have been merged. This PR conflicts with the new base. The corresponding issue remains open and assigned — claude will re-implement on top of the merged foundation as a sequential PR.
