Create the first concrete scorecard that tracks reclaims, homeostasis, proof closure, and churn from the live logs and issue state.

  • Writes a daily markdown or json artifact
  • Includes at least: reclaim count, open PR count, proof-closure rate, unhealthy lane alerts
  • Can be attached to a morning report without manual spreadsheet work
