Create a README.md entry in the timmy-config repo documenting the sonnet workforce loop.

Add a line to any existing README or create a new file docs/sonnet-workforce.md that describes:

  • Agent: Sonnet (Claude Sonnet via Anthropic CLI)
  • Loop script: ~/.hermes/bin/sonnet-loop.sh
  • Purpose: Burn through sonnet-only quota limits on real Gitea issues
  • Model: claude-sonnet-4-6

This is a smoke test to verify the sonnet agent can clone, create files, commit, push, and create a PR.
