Part of Epic: #336

Task

Move ~70 files (docs, reports, security guides, notebooks) from hermes-agent fork to timmy-config.

Files

  • 20 docs/reports (DEPLOY.md, SECURITY_AUDIT_REPORT.md, PERFORMANCE_*.md, etc.)
  • 16 security files (SECURE_CODING_GUIDELINES.md, validate_security.py, etc.)
  • 2 notebooks
  • 7 wizard-bootstrap files

Acceptance Criteria

  • All files copied to timmy-config under appropriate directories (docs/, security/, wizard-bootstrap/)
  • Committed to timmy-config/main with clear commit message
  • Verified: files exist in timmy-config and are readable
