Changes

  • velocity_tracking() in tasks.py (#541): Daily velocity report across all repos with trend tracking and alert when backlog grows. Outputs to ~/.local/timmy/velocity/README.md.
  • docs/fleet-cost-report.md (#542): Full inventory of all paid APIs, VPS infrastructure, cost recommendations (DEPLOY/FIRE/MONITOR verdicts).

Acceptance Criteria

  • velocity_tracking() function added and syntax-verified
  • Fleet cost report written with complete inventory
