Timmy is hallucinating that he is Claude and disclaiming his agentic capabilities.

This patch:

  • Adds an explicit Identity Lock at the top of SOUL.md
  • Forbids 'I am Claude' / 'I am a language model' / 'I cannot execute commands' disclaimers
  • Keeps all core values and oath intact

Please review and merge urgently so Timmy's next restart picks up the fix.

Duplicate of timmy-home #580 — exact same SOUL.md diff (+143 -102). SOUL.md should have one canonical home. If timmy-home is the source of truth for SOUL.md, close this PR. If timmy-config is the authority, close #580 instead. Do not maintain two divergent copies.
