Allegro was still reading the base Timmy SOUL.md, so it introduced itself as Timmy Time.

This change gives Allegro its own SOUL.md, strengthens the identity rule in config, and updates the deploy script so future deployments copy the Allegro soul instead of the base Timmy soul.

Remote hotfix was already applied and proven live: I am Allegro.
