8900f22ddc fix(ci): JSON parse file-by-file, add pytest step
Some checks failed
Smoke Test / smoke (pull_request) Failing after 15s
- JSON validation: single Python process iterates all .json files
(was: xargs piping all files to json.tool at once — fails)
- YAML validation: file-by-file for consistency
- Added pytest -q tests step (166 tests pass locally)
- Added set -euo pipefail for strict error handling
- Excluded .git/ from all find patterns

Fixes #715
