Assessment

This is a Phase 4 issue. Phases 1-3 have not been completed. This issue cannot execute.

Blocker Chain:

Phase 0: Foundation → ⚠️ Partial (wrong model variants)
Phase 1: Core Profiles → ❌ Not started (0 profiles on disk)
Phase 2: Remaining Profiles → ❌ Blocked on Phase 1
Phase 3: Testing → ❌ Blocked on Phase 2
Phase 4: THIS ISSUE → ❌ Blocked on Phase 3

Specific Test Feasibility:

Multimodal Stress (9 images, 9 wizards)	❌	No wizards exist. Also: 9 simultaneous models impossible on 8GB RAM
Context Retention (20-turn with Ezra)	❌	No Ezra-Spectrum profile exists

Recovery (kill/restart Ollama)	⚠️	Could test this now, but pointless without profiles

"All must respond < 5s" target: Current warm inference on 8B model is ~4.3s for a single query. Under load with 9 simultaneous requests on CPU-only 8GB RAM — this is physically impossible.

Recommendation: CLOSE — PREMATURE

This issue was created as part of the full epic breakdown but has no business being open when Phases 1-3 don't exist. It creates noise in the backlog and gives a false sense of project structure.

Suggested action: Close. Re-open (or create a new, revised issue) when Phases 1-3 are actually complete and we know the real architecture. The test parameters will likely need revision anyway once hardware constraints force a scope change.
