Gap: the-door is the mission-critical project but 4 core deployment issues remain open: #2 (VPS prep), #4 (crisis prompt + API wiring), #7 (go live), #8 (fallback + resilience).

Acceptance Criteria:

the-door#2 closed: VPS has swap, nginx, SSL cert, firewall, DNS pointing live.
the-door#4 closed: crisis-aware system prompt is wired to the inference endpoint and triggers on suicide-risk keywords.
the-door#7 closed: smoke test passes from external IP; 988 link is visible and clickable.
the-door#8 closed: fallback inference path (local llama.cpp or Ollama) is tested and documented.
Proof-of-life screenshot or curl output posted as comment on #480.
