What
Create
specs/developer-standards.mdcodifying the four principles from the brief as enforceable rules:mainforbidden. PRs for every change. Why
These rules are stated in the brief but not yet tracked in a repo-level spec. Codifying them makes them enforceable by PR review automation.
Acceptance
specs/developer-standards.mdexists with the four rules, rationale, and examples of violationstimmy-config/README.mdandtimmy-home/README.mdClosing as duplicate during backlog burn-down. Canonical issue: #7.
Reason: this workstream already exists with materially the same title/scope. Keeping one canonical thread prevents agent churn and review waste.
