[ALLEGRO-P1] Fix SSH access from Mac to Allegro VPS (167.99.126.228) #538

Problem

Cannot SSH into Allegro VPS from Mac. Needed to:

  • Integrate Allegro's Evennia world into federation
  • Check Evennia state on Allegro's house
  • Deploy bridge API and daemon
  • Add portal rooms

Currently: Port 2929 responds (Nostr relay running), Port 80 responds, SSH key authentication failing.

What We Have on Mac

  • ~/.ssh/hermes_ed25519.pub — existing SSH key
  • ~/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub — default SSH key

Acceptance Criteria

  • SSH from Mac to 167.99.126.228 works
  • Evennia state on Allegro VPS verified
  • If Evennia exists on Allegro: integrate into federation
  • If no Evennia on Allegro: install and populate
  • Allegro's Evennia configured as federation spoke
  • Bridge API running on Allegro world

  1. Add Mac's hermes_ed25519.pub to Allegro's authorized_keys
  2. Verify SSH connectivity
  3. Audit Evennia state on Allegro
  4. Integrate into hub-and-spoke federation
