Summary

  • add a NotebookLM research packet covering Hermes Agent and OpenClaw against Timmy backlog and vision
  • add Manus knowledge-transfer prompts with token-file bootstrap instead of an in-repo secret
  • add the local ReportLab render helper and packet README for regenerating ignored PDFs

  • python3 -m py_compile reports/notebooklm/2026-03-27-hermes-openclaw/render_reports.py

Notes

  • PDFs stay ignored; this PR only ships durable text sources and the generator
  • runtime heartbeat/metrics churn was intentionally left out of the PR
