Summary

Adds two visible production reports to timmy-home:

  • Allegro prep packet
  • Gitea wizard house onboarding report

Why

This makes the new house structure visible and reviewable in Gitea instead of leaving the onboarding as silent admin work.

Proof included in report

  • Gitea users bezalel, ezra, and allegro created
  • profile metadata patched
  • Workers team add status returned 204 for all three
  • org membership verified true for all three
  • direct GET /teams/2/members proof recorded
  • local credential file path recorded without exposing secrets
  • local copyable onboarding prompt packet path recorded without exposing secrets

Security note

No credentials are committed in this PR.
The generated credentials and onboarding prompts remain local-only under Bezalel cache paths.
