Problem

Allegro is configured with kimi-for-coding which triggers 403 access-terminated errors. He also has no fallback provider chain.

Changes

  • Replace kimi-for-coding with kimi-k2.5 (valid for Hermes gateways)
  • Add fallback_providers chain: kimi-coding -> anthropic -> openrouter
  • Add explicit providers.kimi-coding config with base_url, timeout, and max_retries
