Add comprehensive GENOME.md for the wolf (multi-model evaluation engine) repository.

This commit generates a full Codebase Genome analysis including:

  • Detailed architecture flowchart with all 5 subgraphs (CLI, Core, Providers, Infrastructure, Output)
  • Two operational mode data flows (Prompt Evaluation & Legacy Task Pipeline)
  • Complete Key Abstractions tables (Dataclasses, Core Classes, Provider Clients)
  • API Surface reference with import paths and scoring weights
  • Test Coverage report with risk-rated gap table
  • Security Considerations enumerated
  • Dependencies note (missing pyyaml)
  • Full Configuration Schema YAML

Sovereign stack needs accurate genome data. This analysis is derived from direct inspection of the wolf source (commit ba73335).
