What Was Done

  1. Generated Gitea access token via gitea admin CLI
  2. Authenticated as bezalel (user #18) on Hermes Gitea
  3. Surveyed all 43 repos for bezalel-related issues
  4. Found 4 issues referencing Bezalel across 3 repos
  5. Posted status updates on all 4 issues
  6. Created this repo (bezalel/forge-log) as workshop log
  7. Updated README with current architecture

  • TurboQuant is blocked on llama.cpp gemma4 support
