Independent review of the local Laguna XS candidate 035bafd: not pushed / not PR-ready. The full suite passes 27/27, but the candidate has reproducible blockers:

  1. The issue has no product acceptance contract; the worker invented 1-day half-life, 1.0/0.75/0.5 weights, and a 365-day cap without repository evidence.
  2. calculate_priority_weight() reads wall-clock time internally, so the same Todo produces different values on repeated calls despite claiming determinism (models.py:71-107). The test passes only because its old fixture is already clamped at 365 days (tests/test_priority_decay.py:141-159).
  3. Invalid persisted timestamps can raise from Store.list() and break the entire listing path (models.py:54-63, store.py:104-108).
  4. Future timestamps are clamped to age zero and receive maximum weight, allowing corrupted/future data to jump the queue (models.py:76-82).
  5. HALF_LIFE_DAYS and MAX_AGE_DAYS were added as dataclass instance fields rather than ClassVar, changing the Todo constructor/serialization contract (models.py:44-46).
  6. git diff --check reports extensive whitespace errors.

Preserving the isolated worktree for correction. Define the decay contract and inject one bounded evaluation timestamp per list operation before this is shipped. No merge or deployment occurred.
