Problem

Prepare Today reviews Agenda, Attention, Updates, and Filed, then reports “Review clear” even when durable outbox deliveries need human intervention. Mobile operators can begin Today while a failed comment, review, closure, checklist change, or uncertain delivery remains unresolved in Drafts.

User flow

  1. Count only deliveries needing human action (attention, authorization, uncertain outcome, completion continuation, or account protection), separately from unfinished drafts and ordinary waiting/sending deliveries.
  2. Put Delivery recovery first in Prepare Today when that count is non-zero.
  3. Review Delivery opens Drafts at the existing Delivery center, focuses its heading, and presents actionable deliveries before waiting/sending records.
  4. Once the final actionable delivery is resolved or dismissed, authoritative local refresh hands Prepare Today to the next live phase.
  5. Offline/waiting delivery remains truthful and visible but does not trap preparation; Finish for now remains available.

Acceptance tests

  • Two actionable deliveries produce “2 deliveries need action before Today”, Delivery as the first phase, and “Review Delivery”.
  • Waiting and sending records do not increase the actionable count.
  • Opening Delivery selects Drafts, scrolls to and focuses the Delivery center heading, and sorts actionable records first.
  • Clearing the final actionable delivery advances to Agenda/Attention/Updates/Filed/Today/Find Work using fresh counts.
  • Account/day checkpoints remain isolated and Finish for now still exits.
  • Focused behavioral tests, full suite, and packaged mobile browser checks pass.

Non-duplication evidence

All 507 historical issue titles and recent commit history were searched. Existing work added the standalone Delivery center and Prepare Today phases, but no issue or commit integrates delivery recovery into Prepare Today. Current open issues are assigned to other agents and are unrelated.
