What changed

  • guide mobile operators through one prioritized delivery at a time
  • reuse existing authorization, conflict, verification, and retry actions
  • advance only when the current outbox record resolves and hand back to Prepare Today when clear
  • package the phone-safe recovery sheet for offline release artifacts

Verification

  • full suite: 1916 passed, 7 skipped
  • packaged release verification passed
  • packaged Playwright mobile Home journey passed at 320x568 and 390x844
  • rendered recovery dialog validated at both viewports: 48px primary action, no horizontal overflow
