Problem

The active mobile Today HUD exposes progress, pause, and break controls, but reporting a blocker is buried at the bottom of the generic progress sheet after activity, dictation, and photo evidence. On a 390×844 phone, operators must discover and scroll through unrelated controls while blocked.

Slice

Add a touch-safe Blocked HUD action that opens the existing durable blocker workflow in a focused mode. Focus the blocker description, provide Later today / Tomorrow / Choose time return presets, hide unrelated activity/evidence controls in blocker mode, and preserve existing exactly-once admission and move-on recovery.

Acceptance

  • Active Today HUD exposes a >=44px Blocked action only when an item is active.
  • The action opens a Report blocker sheet for the exact active item and focuses the description.
  • Later today and Tomorrow set deterministic future return choices; Choose time focuses the native return input.
  • The blocker description, return choices, and primary action are visible without unrelated update tools.
  • Cancel/Escape checkpoints the draft without changing Today.
  • Submission keeps existing validation, durable admission, no-duplicate recovery, and move-on behavior.
  • Mobile browser coverage proves no horizontal overflow and touch targets at 390×844.
