Problem

Confirming Week Ahead currently closes the planner without turning estimated work into protected execution time. The existing Agenda calendar export only emits transparent all-day deadline snapshots.

Product slice

After a valid Week Ahead review, show a mobile calendar handoff that previews ordered timed blocks, lets the operator choose a start time and exclude private items, and shares a local .ics file (download fallback). Keep the review intact on cancellation or failure.

Acceptance

  • Overloaded days, missing estimates, or missing capacity identify the blocking work/day and prevent handoff.
  • Ordered 45- and 30-minute items beginning at 09:00 preview as 09:00–09:45 and 09:45–10:15.
  • Export uses timed DTSTART/DTEND in the saved Week Ahead timezone, opaque events, stable per-item UIDs, escaped title/reference/forge URL, and excludes unchecked items.
  • Native file share is used when supported; otherwise download .ics; cancellation preserves the handoff.
  • At 390×844 controls are at least 44px, remain in one column, respect safe-area inset, and do not overflow horizontally.
  • Behavioral unit tests, packaged mobile browser journey, and full suite pass.
