Closes #1198

Turns a validated Week Ahead review into timed, opaque calendar blocks with per-day start times, privacy exclusions, native share/download fallback, deterministic event identity, and offline-local generation.

Validation:

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 2272 passed, 11 skipped
  • packaged mobile browser journey at 320×568 and 390×844 — 2 passed
  • deterministic release bundle verification passed for dd3016b96b
