Closes #123

Adds bounded per-file unified diff previews to the existing read-only mobile review sheet. Changed-file rows are 44px accessible toggles, code is escaped and color differentiated, horizontal scrolling stays inside the sheet, and binary/unavailable/truncated states are explicit.

Validation:

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 87 passed
  • node --check frontend/review-sheet.js
  • 320×568 Chromium: 44px+ toggle, 320px document/panel width, contained 659px diff scroll, escaped content and truncation notice verified
  • Live Gitea PR #122 parser probe: 7 files, 6 previewable, 400-line cap enforced
