Status: disk pressure was remediated from 93% to 81% by removing abandoned temporary environments; Gitea and act_runner remain active, and the local full suite passed (2412 passed, 12 skipped). Merge is blocked because Actions run 1555 hit the unrelated timing flake tracked in #1289 (0.1563s vs 0.15s). Leaving this PR open until CI is green.
