Closes #1450

What changed

  • replaces competing Prepare Today and Next up CTAs with one adaptive Start / Continue action
  • resumes preparation checkpoints and urgent review before ordinary queue recommendations
  • preserves preparation status, accessible labels, and mobile touch sizing

Validation

  • pytest tests/test_mobile_task_dock.py tests/test_mobile_start_day.py -q — 50 passed
  • pytest tests/ -q — 2765 passed, 27 skipped
  • gated Playwright adaptive mobile queue journey — 3 passed
